Lost/Stolen card
Do you need to block your card? You can contact us by phone at any time, day or night.
When a card is blocked, a new card, Secure Code and PIN will be ordered for you automatically. The card will be sent to you a few days after the PIN.
When should you get your card blocked?
- If your card has been lost or stolen
- If your card has been retained by an ATM
- If you are waiting for a card/replacement card and have not yet received it
- If you suspect that unauthorized persons are using your card details
- If you suspect that you have been the victim of a phishing scam
In the event of loss or theft abroad, card complete can help with emergency cash. An emergency cash (up to USD 1,000.—) can be made available to a cardholder abroad within a few hours.
Please report any loss or theft of your card to us immediately so that we can prevent any fraudulent use.
