Account statements by e-mail
Once a month an account statement listing all your transactions will be sent to you by e-mail.

When you make purchases and cash withdrawals with your card, you will be asked to enter your PIN. Did you know? Now you can even create your own PIN!
How can I order my card?
Order your Platinum Card digitally - quickly and easily - via ID Austria (formerly Handysignatur).
When ordering via VideoID, please note that you will need a webcam, a microphone, a valid photo ID (passport or similar official ID), proof of salary/income (as a PDF or image file) and your mobile phone. VideoID applications can be submitted any day of the week, but only between 7:00 and 22:00 (CET).

Travel Insurance
Worldwide Travel Insurance Protection
Your credit card from card complete includes worldwide travel insurance, with coverage up to EUR 750,000 for Gold and Platinum Cards, or EUR 726,750 for Classic Cards. This protection applies automatically all year long, even for journeys not paid for with your card. The only condition is that you use your card regularly (at least once within the last 2 months before a claim). The insurance applies for journeys up to 90 days.

card complete Lounges/FastTrack at Vienna International Airport
Platinum Card holders have the option of a maximum of 4 free access per year to the SKY Lounge (Terminal 3) and the VIENNA Lounge (Terminal 1), thereafter the fee is € 29.- per person*.
While waiting for their flights, card complete cardholders can relax in comfortable surroundings with coffee, drinks and national and international magazines. Telephone, fax and WiFi connections are all available. To enter the SKY Lounge (Terminal 3) and VIENNA Lounge (Terminal 1), a boarding pass or flight number valid for the same day must be presented. Platinum cardholders also have access to the FastTrack (gates C/D and F/G), enabling them to move move through the airport more quickly.
* Children over the age of 4 count as an additional companion.
Assistance Hotline
As a Platinum or Gold cardholder, you have access to a 24-hour telephone hotline that can provide valuable information before travel and in an emergency: travel-related medical advice before and during a journey, contact information for doctors and clinics abroad, advice on dealing with foreign authorities, and names of German- and English-speaking lawyers and interpreters abroad.
